What we help with

Six places to start. Most work begins with one of them.

Consulting is separate from the AppSuiteHQ product. You don't need to use it, and where we can, we build with the software you already pay for.

  1. Workflow automation

The copying, chasing and re-typing between tools. We connect the software you already use so enquiries, documents and updates move on their own, and a person signs off where it matters.

    • Enquiry intake and routing
    • CRM and spreadsheet updates
    • Hand-offs between tools
  2. Documents and knowledge

Invoices, receipts and contracts read for the details that matter, and your own documents made searchable, with every answer pointing back to its source.

    • Invoice and receipt extraction
    • Key terms from contracts
    • Search across your own files
  3. Enquiries and first replies

An assistant for your website or inbox that answers from your own FAQs and policies, drafts replies for a person to check, and passes anything unusual to the right person.

    • Answers from your own content
    • Reply drafts for review
    • A clear hand-off to a person
  4. Sales and marketing follow-through

Leads sorted by fit, follow-ups and posts drafted in your voice for review, and a CRM the team actually keeps up to date.

    • Lead triage
    • Follow-up and content drafts
    • Pipeline clean-up
  5. Reporting and forecasting

The numbers you already have, turned into a weekly view you can act on. Forecasts come with a range, not a promise.

    • Dashboards from existing data
    • Cash and demand estimates
    • Questions in plain language
  6. Safe use: policy, privacy and training

A written policy for how your team uses AI, a map of where client data goes, and a working session so everyone knows the rules. It's practical guidance, not legal advice.

    • AI-use policy
    • Data-flow review
    • Team training session

How it works

Four steps. Each one agreed before it starts.

You can stop after any step. The first two have a fixed price; the build is quoted once the plan is written.

  1. 1

    Discovery

    Free30-minute call

A video call about what's taking your team's time and what you've tried. If AI isn't the answer, we'll say so.

You leave withA straight answer on whether it's worth going further.

  2. 2

    Plan

    $3993-hour session and written plan

A working session to map the processes involved, followed by a written plan: what to automate, what to leave alone, which tools, and the effort each step takes.

You leave withA written plan you can act on, with or without us.

  3. 3

    Build

    Quotedper project, in writing

We build, connect and test the agreed pieces with the tools you already use. Scope and price are agreed in writing before any work starts.

You leave withWorking automations, tested on your own cases.

  4. 4

    Hand-over

    30 daysof support, included

Training for the people who'll run it, plain-language documentation, and 30 days of support after hand-over.

You leave withA team that can run it and change it.

Prices in US dollars. Every session runs by video call.

Questions

Before you get in touch

Do we have to use AppSuiteHQ?

No. Consulting stands on its own. If the product fits what you need we'll say so, and if it doesn't we won't push it.

Which tools do you build with?

The ones you already use, wherever we can. We only suggest something new when it clearly earns its place, and we'll tell you what it costs to run.

What does it cost?

The discovery call is free. The strategy session is $399 for three hours, including the written plan. Build work is quoted per project once the plan is agreed, and it starts only when you've signed off the scope.

Can you just build us a chatbot?

If it's the right answer, yes. Often a well-kept FAQ and good first-reply drafts do more for less, and the discovery call is where we find out.

Is the policy work legal advice?

No. We help you write a practical policy for using AI at work and map where your data goes. For legal questions, speak to a qualified adviser.

Enquire

Tell us what's taking the time. We'll take it from there.

A few lines is plenty: what the work is, which tools you use, and what you've tried.

What happens next

  1. 1We reply by email, usually within 3 days.
  2. 2We agree a time for the call. Sessions run by video.
  3. 3Nothing is charged through this form. Paid sessions are confirmed once we've agreed a time.
