For your first 7 days you also get the operating system: the Command Center, briefings, prepared drafts and Ask. It's for one person, with an AI allowance of $5 a month, and there's no card to enter.

Every plan includes AI usage for the month, shared by the organisation: $5 on Free, $20 on Starter, $40 on Professional, $100 on Business and $199 on Enterprise, or an amount agreed in the contract. It covers the Chief of Staff, briefings, prepared drafts, memory and the AI inside the tools, and it starts again on the 1st of each month.

The organisation's owners get a notification when 80% of the month's allowance is used. At the limit the AI pauses until the 1st of the next month, or until an owner adds a top-up. The record, the tools and the numbers keep working in the meantime.

A top-up is a one-off pack of $10, $25 or $50, bought in Settings → Plan, that adds to the current month's allowance. VAT is added at checkout where it applies. It isn't a subscription, and whatever isn't used expires at the end of the month.

Everything in Business for up to 20 people, with more by agreement. It comes with an AI allowance of $199 a month, which can also be raised by agreement; onboarding and data import done with you; a named support contact; and an annual contract, invoiced. We'll also complete your security questionnaire and sign a data processing agreement. Prices start at $599 a month.

It works out at about two months free. Starter, for example, is $57 a month billed as $684 once a year, instead of $69 every month.

Yes. Any tool can be added to any plan, including Free, from $19 a month. It's added to your organisation's subscription rather than starting a separate one. If you find yourself adding three or more, the next plan up is usually cheaper.

Yes. Each organisation has one subscription: changing plan updates it, prorated, and add-ons sit on the same subscription. You manage it in Settings → Plan, through Stripe. If you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.

By card, through Stripe's secure checkout. Prices are in US dollars. Enterprise is invoiced, on an annual contract.

No. Figures are as recorded on the platform: the invoices, bills, expenses, payments and hours you enter or import. Forecasts are estimates, shown with their likely range.
